报告摘要:This talk is to characterize highly robust solutions of a  convex program with data uncertainty in both the objective and constraints. For this, we first explore the relationships among some of the known robust constraint qualifications. We use these relationships to establish new necessary and sufficient optimality conditions. Based on the derived optimality conditions, we further employ the Lagrange and Fenchel-Lagrange dualities to characterize the highly robust solution for the uncertain convex program, and get some interesting results, which cover weak and strong duality results between the robust counterpart of the considered convex program and the optimistic counterpart of its Lagrange and Fenchel-Lagrange dual problems.

个人简历:李小兵,教授,博士,美国《MathematicalReviews》评论员,重庆市高校中青年骨干教师资助项目获得者,重庆市运筹学学会理事。 20037月毕业于重庆师范大学数学专业,获理学学士学位;20096月毕业于重庆大学运筹学与控制论专业,获理学硕士学位;2011年毕业于重庆大学计算数学专业,获理学博士学位,同年,进入重庆交通大学工作。2013年评为副教授,2016年晋升为教授。20153月至20163月,访问澳大利亚Curtin University2017-至今,多次访问台湾国立中山大学和高雄医学大学。20191月访问沙特King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals
