报告题目：Optimal control problems with characteristic time constraints on  control

报告摘要：In this talk, we consider a class of optimal control problems  subject to characteristic time constraints on control. By applying the  well-known control parametrization method, we need to optimize the control  switching time. Since it is complicated to optimize the switching time instants  directly, we use the time-scaling transformation to map the variable switching  times in the original time horizon into fixed switching times in the new time  horizon. We test two practical examples in quantum physics, numerical results  show that the proposed method is effective.

个人简历：

余长君博士毕业于澳大利亚Curtin University，上海大学副教授，2015年首批入选上海市青年东方学者，2016年12月当选上海市运筹学会常务理事兼秘书长，2018年获评上海大学蔡冠深优秀教师。主持国家自然科学青年基金1项，面上项目1项，参与国家自然科学重点/面上基金4项参与澳大利亚国家科研委员会Discovery基金1项。担任国际SCI期刊Journal of Industrial and Management  Optimization编委、Automatica等顶级期刊的审稿人以及Pacific Journal Optimization，Dynamics of Continuous, Discrete and Impulsive Systems, Series B等SCI期刊的Guest Editor。主要从事非线性最优化与最优控制理论、算法及其在信息和工程中的应用，在IEEE  Transaction on Automatic Control, Automatica，Signal Processing, Journal of Global  Optimization等国际权威/重要期刊上发表论文二十余篇，其中一篇入选2014年ESI高被引论文。
