报告题目：无机钙钛矿稳定性及高性能光电器件的研究

Abstract：

Inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites (CsPbX₃, X = Cl, Br, I) have attracted enormous attention as a novel optoelectronic material with enhanced stability. However, the perovskite CsPbX₃thin films fabricated by one-step spin coating method contain the defects of voids or pinholes, seriously affecting their device performance. To solve this issue, the ligand modification and seeded growth method will be demonstrated in this talk. Their corresponding white light emitting diodes, photodetectors andX-rayscintillator swill also be introduced.

个人简介：臧志刚，重庆大学光电工程学院教授/博导，2011年获日本国立九州大学应用电子学博士学位。先后入选首批重庆英才创新领军人才、重庆市杰出青年基金获得者，主要从事低维半导体薄膜光电器件的研究。主持和完成国防科工局十三五计划、国家863军口、国家面上（2项）等项目18项；以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文100余篇，IF>15的35篇，SCI他引8220次，ESI论文26篇;以第一完成人先后获得重庆市自然科学二等奖、重庆市创新争先奖、重庆市十佳青年科技奖、中国产学研合作创新奖、国际IEEE光子学会青年科学家奖等奖励10项。担任国际SCI期刊IEEE Access副编辑、Advances in Materials Science and Engineering编委、InfoMat青年编委、《红外与激光工程》青年编委。
